What if I go over my monthly quota?

You can keep sending. The first 10% over your quota is charged at a loyalty rate of RM 0.03 per WhatsApp message and RM 0.01 per email. Beyond that, standard rates apply (RM 0.05 and RM 0.02). If you often go over, a bigger bundle will usually save you money.
